LiveWell Cardio Classes LiveWell Consulting offers a wide variety of Cardio Classes, whether you are a beginner or advanced participant. See our current schedule for times and locations. All classes are 45-60 minutes in length, unless specified. Cardio Blast This is an exciting low to mixed impact "traditional" add-on choreography class with a combination of dance or sport inspired movement. Lots of variations are offered to suit every participant. Cardio Sculpt A total workout including low impact cardio, muscle conditioning with free weights, floor work and finishing with a luxurious stretch and relaxation session. Basic Sport Step This "no frills" step workout uses basic step and sport moves to work your body and relax your mind. Suitable to beginning participants and those who want a simple but effective cardio workout. Step Challenge For intermediate and advanced participants who enjoy challenging choreography along with sport and power moves. Indoor-Outdoor Bootcamp It doesn’t matter what the weather is doing for this fun and challenging workout. A terrific combination for cardio and muscle "drills" that will leave your muscles screaming and your body begging for more.
