Yoga Stretch This is a great class for beginners. Incorporating both Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga poses geared to the beginning student. Yoga for Children Children that practise yoga may not only be better able to regulate their emotions, manage stress and calm themselves, studies now show that they may also choose better foods to eat and engage in more physical activity than children who do not. The side effects for children include improved self esteem, emotional equilibrium, more energy and the ability to self-calm. Yoga Bugs (4-6 years) Introduce young children to the joys of yoga. Taught with fun and silly, animal or alphabet yoga, and yoga first poses designed to calm and bring coordination to children with songs and games.
