This Baked Artichoke and Spinach Dip is one of the most delicious party dips that I have ever tasted. Try it soon and I know you will agree.

The baked Artichoke and Spinach dip is gluten-free, vegetarian, and can be a yummy part of any gathering. The water chestnuts give it a nice crunch but if you don’t like water chestnuts simply leave them out.

Baked Artichoke and Spinach Dip
Ingredients
- 10-12 Artichokes, canned-roughly chopped
- 1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise or Veganaise
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped finely
- 1 package frozen, chopped spinach-thawed & drained
- 1 small can water chestnuts
Method
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Mix everything in a bowl and place it into an oven-proof casserole dish. Bake for 40 minutes or until browned on top.
Serve warm with whole-grain tortilla chips for dipping. As a healthy alternative, fresh veggie sticks are also wonderful with this dip and are perfect for guests who prefer low-carb/keto eating plans.
