
If you are looking for a super easy meal to wow the mothers in your family, this coming Mothers Day. Look no farther than my recipe for WestCoast Salmon Supreme. Personally, I just love salmon. It is so good for you and full of the Omega 3 essential fatty acids that we all need.

This best salmon recipe began as an “old family recipe” that I loved. Over the years I have been experimenting with it and have come up with, what I believe is the tastiest salmon you will ever eat; plus it is super easy to prepare. This recipe feeds approx four people to six people.
It is very important to have your oven pre-heated to 425 degrees & bake the salmon for no more than 18 minutes to keep it from drying out.
Here is the Best Salmon Recipe- WestCoast Salmon Supreme
Ingredients:
½ salmon filleted
½ cup light mayonnaise
1/8 cup. Dijon mustard (smooth or grainy)
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
¼ red onion chopped fine
½ tsp dill (dried)
Black Pepper to taste
Method
Preset the oven to 425 degrees
Line a baking pan with Aluminum foil or parchment paper and place salmon on it, skin side down.
Mix the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice together.
Spread the mixture on top of the salmon-like icing.
Sprinkle the chopped onion evenly and then grind black pepper to your taste.
A final dusting with Montreal Steak spice really brings out the flavor.
Once the oven is at 425 degrees, back the salmon for 18 minutes (no more, no less) and let sit for a few minutes before you serve. Voila! You and your lucky family and or guests will be in for a West Coast treat.
