Did you know that store bought lemonade is full of bad for you ingredients like sugar & artificial flavors? Here’s an easy way to make your own homemade lemonade in a flash with coconut water and lemons. 1 tsp Stevia (granulated) or more to taste
6 ice cubes in a blender.
Method
Use your blender to make fresh lemonade…in only 1 minute w/ just 4 simple ingredients.
Wash 1 lemon, cut it into quarters, and remove the seeds. Toss the lemon quarters (with peel!) into blender. Add 2 cups of coconut water, 1 tsp Stevia (or more to taste) and 6 ice cubes. Blend for 1 minute, until smooth. Voila! Your delicious homemade lemonade in a flash!

You can also fill your water bottle up with lemon drops and sip as you work out!
