This Frozen Mango Smoothie is dairy & gluten free. If you have no problem with dairy you can use a plain Greek yogurt instead of coconut yogurt.
Frozen Mango Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup ice cubes
2 cups frozen mango chunks
½ frozen banana
½ cup plain coconut yogurt
1/2 cup mango or orange juice
Sliced Limes for garnish
Option: Add 2 scoops of plant based protein powder for a full meal.

Method
In this order add ice cubes, frozen mango, frozen banana (sliced), yogurt, mango/orange juice to a blender.
Cover and process on medium speed for about 30 seconds then Increase to high speed for another 30 seconds until thick and smooth.
Adjust the smoothie with more juice if needed to reach the consistency you like.
