
A short while ago a reader suggested that I send in my website to be voted on for one of the top health coach blogs. I have been blogging since 2013 and really enjoy creating new recipes and researching the most up to date information on staying fit and aging well.

Thank you to all my readers for being part of our wonderful, healthy community!
I started this blog as an answer to those who wanted easy, delicious and healthy recipes plus wellness/fitness and healthy aging articles that were well researched and enhanced their quality of life.
As well, I wanted to offer online the programs that have been changing my clients lives. Most especially, women (and men) who were going through mid-life and wanted real solutions for the changes going on in their bodies.

On that note, I am just going through a major website revamp which is going to make your favourite recipes and health/fitness articles even easier to access when you want them!
This new website will be streamlined so you can look up recipes and the latest wellness news with ease and I hope you really enjoy it.

The blogs will be themed to four different categories which should make your way around the site so much easier and beneficial:

I am estimating that it will be ready to view sometime this May 2020.
